Adult's Hapkido (ages 15 and up)
Hapkido's emphasis is on redirecting an assailants aggression and power back toward them with little effort and minimum force on your part for maximum results.
Ground Survival / Sambo (ages 15 and up)
Learn how to defend yourself from all types of ground fighting scenarios. emphasis is on real life ground techniques not sport applications.
Filipino Stick and Knife (ages 15 and up)
This class covers weapon training in single stick, double stick and knife. Emphasis is on using the weapon as an extension of your hand. Guaranteed to increase your hand speed and reaction time.
Adrenaline Stress Training (ages 15 and up)
This high impact class prepares students for the real effects of adrenaline on the Human body. Multiple assailants and weapon disarming are part of this intense training. Concepts from Hapkido, Jeet Kune Do, Russian Systema and Sambo are fused into Master McCann's RMA(reality Martial arts)
Women's Hapkido (ages 15 and up)
Hapkido's emphasis is on redirecting an assailants aggression and power back toward them with little effort and minimum force on your part for maximum results. Special awareness and woman's safety is covered in this class.
Kido Kids (ages 5-7)
Our emphasis for Kido-Kids is Focus and Discipline while having fun developing the fine motor skills for a future Black Belt.
Junior Hapkido (ages 7-12)
Our Junior program develops future Leaders and Black Belts. In addition to learning the Korean Marital art of Hapkido Juniors are pushed to excel in school and at home. Focus, Concentration, and discipline are all byproducts of our classes. The Black Belt training and self defense skills found in Hapkido are lifetime skills your child will retain through out college and adulthood.
Teen Hapkido (ages 12-15)
Our teen program helps with discipline and Self esteem. Academic excellence as well as Leadership are also emphasized. The Black Belt training and self defense skills found in Hapkido are lifetime skills your child will retain through out college and adulthood.
